For store owners shopping for Google Ads software
Built for stores. Scaley Suite reads your products, feed and margin next to the ads, writes the fix and queues it. You tap yes, or it never happens.

For stores that run their own Google Ads and want the checking done for them, without handing over the keys.

Should we lower the target ROAS?
Scaley Suite
We should lower it slightly only if the target is restricting spend while the real ROAS and profit still look healthy. A lower target gives Google more room to spend. If performance is already weak, lowering it can cause overspend at an even worse ROAS.
A Google Ads optimization tool reads your account and shows what to fix, like wasted search terms or budget in the wrong place. Some tools change things on their own. Scaley Suite, built by the ZenoX Media agency, writes each fix and waits. Nothing changes until you say yes to that one change.

How many of last month's clicks came from search terms that never sold? Scaley finds those. This queue is an Example, not a live account. Each line names the exact change and the reason. Nothing moves until you tap yes.
Skip a line and that change never happens. Say no when tracking looks off, a big sale is on, or the data is thin. (Negatives are search terms your ads should never show for. ROAS is sales divided by ad spend.)
A sample queue, not a live account. Only Scaley Suite writes to an account, one approved change at a time. Built by the team behind ZenoX Media, a Google Ads agency with $200M+ in client revenue tracked through our campaigns, across 300+ accounts.
Add "free", "diy" and "template" as phrase match negatives
Each took clicks for 30 days with no sale, past your usual order delay. None match a product you sell.
Raise the daily budget by 20%
It sold above your break-even ROAS and ran out of budget before 3pm on 6 of the last 7 days.
Pause the asset group "Summer Bundles"
It spent all month with no sale, while the "Best Sellers" group in the same campaign sold.
You connect the account and get a score and a list of problems. Often free. Good for a first look. But it is a snapshot, and you still do every fix by hand.
You write rules like: if a keyword spends this much with no sale, pause it. The tool runs them on a schedule. Powerful, but you have to know which rules to write.
Small bits of code that run inside your Google Ads account. Google Ads Scripts are free and built in. Somebody has to write them, test them and fix them when Google changes something.
They read the account and decide what to do. Some make the change themselves. Some write it up and wait for you. That one detail decides how much risk you carry.
Rival-research tools, like Google's free Ads Transparency Center, do a different job: they show other brands' ads, not your waste. For the four above, the type matters less than one question: who presses the button?
Start here. These are free and come with your account. The catch: they show you data or suggestions, and you still judge every one.
Google lists changes it thinks will help. Some of them raise your spend, so check each one against your margin before you apply it.
A score next to the Recommendations tab. It goes up when you apply or dismiss Google's suggestions. It is not your store profit.
A free desktop app for bulk edits. Fast for big changes. It finds nothing for you, so you still decide every edit.
Finds search terms and rough search volume. Good for a new campaign. It does not tell you which terms waste money today.
These four are Google's own free tools. Scaley is not part of Google.
Feature lists all look alike. Ask every tool on your list these questions, in this order. Here is how Scaley answers each one, limits included.
A tool with write access can fix things. It can also break things. Find out exactly what it is allowed to change before you connect it.
Some tools change things on their own once you switch a rule on. Some ask once per change. Opteo and Adzooma also wait for you to apply each fix, so asking first is not rare. Ask for the default, in writing.
Most tools were built for every kind of advertiser. A store needs a tool that reads products, the feed and margin, not just keywords and clicks.
Flat, stepped by spend, or a percent of spend. A flat price can win at high spend. Compare the base fee plus the spend fee at your budget.
Scaley reads Google Ads and Merchant Center: Search, Shopping and PMax (Performance Max, Google's all-in-one campaign). It does not run Meta, Microsoft or TikTok ads.
Scaley Consultant connects to nothing. You send screenshots. Scaley Media Buyer reads the live account through Google's own sign-in, read-only. Scaley Suite connects Google Ads and your Shopify store, with access to make only the changes you approve. Profit math needs your product costs. Before you approve a new ROAS target, check the margin Scaley shows against your own numbers.
Use the 3 days on your own account. Scaley Suite's trial comes with a Leak Report and the approval queue, plus a Labelizer preview before your first bill. Read each queued change and its reason. If the reasons do not hold up against what you know about your store, do not pay.
Scaley Suite makes that one change in Google Ads. Nothing else moves. Write down the old setting first (Google Ads change history shows it too). Wait out your usual order delay, because sales can count days after the click. Then compare with a similar stretch of days, and note any sale or other edit that ran at the same time. If it did not help, set it back in Google Ads.
Ask every tool what it does when tracking looks broken, a big sale is on, or the data is thin. With Scaley, that call is yours. Each queued change shows its reason and the numbers behind it. If tracking looks off, a sale is running, or a term has only a few clicks, skip the line. Nothing happens.
It cannot fix your website, your landing pages or your tracking code. It is built for stores, so lead gen with no product catalog is a poor fit.
I built Scaley, so I am not neutral. Every rival cell below comes from that company's own site. Where a fact was not on the page, the cell says so instead of guessing. The table shows Scaley Suite. The cheapest way in is Scaley Consultant at $99 a month flat, read-only, from screenshots.

Opteo and Adzooma also ask before each fix, and both start cheaper. So the real question is what each fix is built on. Scaley Suite reads your products, feed and margin next to the ads, writes the full change with its reason, and queues it. The trade: its bill grows with your spend. If you run many ad platforms, love writing rules, or spend a lot, a flat toolkit fits better.
Rival facts were read off each company's own site on 15 October 2026. The pages are linked below. Scaley prices come off our own pricing page.
Each page lines Scaley up against one tool, with the rows where they win written out.
Rival facts on these pages were read off each company's own site.
Any tool worth paying for should look at these. Here is each check, and who does the fix. Scaley Suite queues the Google Ads changes for your yes. Feed, tracking and site problems stay with you or your developer.
Terms with clicks and no sales, checked against what you sell and how long your buyers take. Scaley writes the negatives (terms your ads should never show for) and queues them.
Campaigns that sell at a profit but hit their daily cap early. Scaley shows the cap and the profit, and queues the budget raise.
An asset group is one set of ads and products inside a PMax campaign. Find the groups with spend and no sales. Scaley names the group, says why and queues the pause.
Products Google will not show, and why. Scaley reads Merchant Center and gives you the steps. You make the fix in your feed.
ROAS is sales divided by ad spend. A ROAS target that ignores your margin can lose money on every sale. Scaley checks the target against what you keep and queues the new one.
If sales stop showing up in Google Ads, every term and campaign gets judged on bad numbers. Scaley flags it. You or your developer fix the site. Scaley does not touch it.
Ads with plenty of spend and few sales. Ask Scaley about any ad and it reads the numbers behind it. Writing new ads and testing them is still your job.
A slow page, or one that does not match the ad, wastes a click you already paid for. Scaley does not edit your site. Check these by hand.
Spend, sales and ROAS in one place. Scaley Suite writes a weekly report. With the two chat levels, you ask and it answers.
A checklist, not a promise of results. Scaley Consultant and Scaley Media Buyer only read and answer. Only Scaley Suite writes, one approved change at a time.
Drag in your real monthly ad spend. At $5,000 a month, Scaley Suite comes to $399. At high spend a flat toolkit is cheaper, and we will not pretend otherwise. You pay for the fixes, not another report.

No tool is right for everyone. Here is where Scaley fits and where it does not.
A bad change can still waste money, so read the reason before you approve. Scaley Suite puts each change on its own line with the reason, and then it waits. Skip every line and nothing moves.
It is free and it is a start. But an optimization score is not your store profit. Check each suggestion against your margin and your sales. Scaley does that check for you, from an agency's notes on fixing real store accounts.
It is. Spend $5,000 in a month and the whole bill is $399: $199 base plus $200 at 4%. If that is too much, Scaley Media Buyer only reads, for $99 a month plus 1% of total ad spend.
You do not. You sign in through Google's own screen and can pull access back there any time. Scaley Media Buyer and Scaley Consultant never touch a setting. Scaley Suite waits for a yes on each change.
You run a store on Google Ads and want the checks done for you, with the final call left to you.
You want a tool that runs the account with nobody watching. This one will not do that.

Within minutes of connecting, you see every search term and product that took clicks and made no sale, with the dollars next to each one. A counter adds it all up. After that, Scaley Suite shows new waste every day on its own.

Most tools hand you a list to work through. Some change things on their own. I wanted a tool that does the work and leaves the call to the owner.
So Scaley finds the problem, writes the fix with the reason, and stops. You make the call on each change.
The tool should do the work. You should make the call.
Anything not here, write to hello@scaleyai.com and ask.
Software that reads your Google Ads account and finds what to fix, like wasted search terms, weak products or budget in the wrong place. Some tools only report. Some suggest fixes. Some make the changes themselves.
One Google sign-in and Scaley Suite reads the account. Then you get the queue: each fix, and the reason. Rather start read-only? Scaley Media Buyer only reads and answers.
