How we got here

A short origin story.

  1. 2022

    The agency years

    We ran a performance shop managing €30M+/year across DTC brands. Saw the same wasted spend patterns, the same missed scaling windows, the same manual exclusions every week.

  2. 2024

    Built the internal tool

    Wrote the first version of the labelizer to tag our own clients' feeds. Then the scaling rules engine. Then the CSS integration. The internal tool ran the agency.

  3. 2026

    Opened Scaley to everyone

    What started as an internal operator became Scaley. Now any brand can plug in and get the same leverage we used to sell as a €5k/mo retainer.
