Automation with a yes button, built for Shopify
Scaley Suite reads your Google Ads, your Merchant Center feed and your Shopify margins. It finds the waste and writes each fix down with the reason. Then you tap yes, or you skip it.

For Shopify store owners who run their own Google Ads. Scaley is not a Shopify App Store app. Suite connects your store during setup, read-only.
The question is real, from the ZenoX Media question bank. The answer is an example for a made-up store. Scaley is built by ZenoX Media, a Google Ads agency with 300+ store accounts and $200M+ in client revenue tracked through our campaigns.
You
What can we do to improve our store's performance?
Scaley Suite
Start with the products that spend and never sell. Your Shopify orders show the speckled mug took clicks all month with no order, on a thin margin. I queued a Bleed label for it in Merchant Center, with that reason on the line. It goes live only if you tap yes.
Google Ads automation for Shopify is software that does the routine ad work for your store. Scaley Suite connects Google Ads, Merchant Center and your Shopify store. It reads your feed, campaigns and product margins, finds the waste, writes each fix with the reason and queues it. No change goes live until you tap yes.

The Google & YouTube app sends your products to Merchant Center. But a disapproved product or a missing size can drop a best seller out of the auction. The ads keep running. Just not on the product that pays.
If a purchase fires twice, Google thinks you sold twice as much. If the order value never comes through, it cannot tell a big order from a small one. Either way, it bids on bad numbers.
Performance Max shows you one campaign total. Inside it, a few products sell and some spend all month with no sale. From the campaign view, it all looks like one number.
Shopify knows what each product costs you. Google Ads does not. So it can bid the same on a product that pays you well and one that barely breaks even.
Each leak sits between two systems. Your store has half the facts. Your ad account has the other half.
Shopify knows what each product costs you and how fast it sells. Google Ads knows none of that. It sees a sale and a price, and it bids to get more of them.
So your best margin product and your thinnest one sit in the same Performance Max campaign, chasing the same target. The thin one can win the budget just because it sells more. You pay for that in profit, and the ROAS looks fine.
The free Google app gets your products into Merchant Center. That is a good start. But nobody is checking which of those products still make money once the ad cost is in.
Automation is only as smart as what it can see. Show it your margins, then keep the final say.
Four steps, from the feed to the fix. The last one is always yours.
Keep Shopify's Google & YouTube app sending your products to Merchant Center. Scaley works on top of it. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to copy.
One Google sign-in covers Google Ads and Merchant Center. Then you connect your Shopify store, read-only. Now spend, search terms, feed problems, margins and orders sit in one place.
The Labelizer sorts each product into Hero, Workhorse or Bleed by margin and how fast it sells. Then it writes up the fixes: new custom labels, negative keywords, budget moves. Each one comes with its reason.
No proposed change goes into Google Ads or Merchant Center until you approve that line. Skip it and it never happens. Your Shopify store is never touched.
Custom labels sort your products into groups in Merchant Center. Your campaigns can then split them up, so the products that earn get the budget.
The Labelizer reads each product's margin and order speed from your Shopify store. It sorts the whole catalog into Hero, Workhorse and Bleed. A new label goes to Merchant Center only after you say yes.

The product names are made up. The board shows how the Labelizer sorts a Shopify catalog, not a real store.
This queue is an example, not a live account. Each line is one change, with the reason next to it. Nothing happens until you approve that line.
Skip a line and that change never happens. Your Shopify store is never one of the lines.
A sample queue for a made-up store. Only Scaley Suite prepares changes, and each one waits for its own yes.
Label the speckled mug as Bleed
Shopify shows a thin margin and no orders this month. PMax keeps feeding it budget.
Give the Bleed label its own campaign with a small daily budget
The label only sorts the products. This split is what moves the money to the ones that sell.
Add the "free" and "diy" searches as negatives
Those people want to make it, not buy it.
Relabel the sage yoga mat from Workhorse to Hero
High margin in Shopify and it sells fast. It has earned more room.

It covers Scaley Media Buyer and Scaley Suite. Check the list against your own search terms report.
Every month, if the wasted ad spend Scaley shows you is smaller than that month's bill, we refund the whole bill.
One click on Google's own sign-in screen. Scaley reads the account. Nothing in it changes until you say yes to that one change.
Within minutes of connecting, you see every search term and product that took clicks and made no sale, with the dollars next to each one. A counter adds it all up. On Scaley Media Buyer, one click runs the audit. Scaley Suite shows new waste every day on its own.
Any month the waste shown is smaller than that month's bill, email hello@scaleyai.com within 14 days of the bill. We refund the whole bill, base fee and percent.

Each column is a kind of tool, not one brand. Most Shopify stores start with the first column. The question is what sits on top of it.

Keep the free Google app for your feed. Add the yes button for the calls that cost you money.
Each column describes how that kind of tool works in general, not one brand. The named tools are compared with sources further down. Scaley Suite's price is on our pricing page.
Connect the Google & YouTube app. Then open Merchant Center and fix every disapproved best seller. Clear titles with the words people search help Google match you.
Track purchases with the order value, not just a count. Check that each order counts once. Two tags on one purchase is the most common mistake.
Fill in the cost per item in Shopify. Without it, nobody can work out your margin, and no tool can tell a winner from a leak.
Most stores start with Shopping or Performance Max off the feed, plus a small brand Search campaign. Keep it simple until you have steady sales data.
Got those four? Then automation has real numbers to work with.
Both questions and answers are copied word for word from the ZenoX Media question bank. The ZenoX Media team wrote these answers. Scaley draws on that same bank.
You
Should we set up a separate campaign for our best products?
ZenoX Media agency answers
Usually no. Splitting your top products into their own campaign to push them harder tends to backfire, CPC goes up and volume drops. The performance split (high performer vs low performer) already gives your winners more budget and better bids automatically.
You
Can I A/B test two prices on the same product feed?
ZenoX Media agency answers
Straight answer: no, you can't split test prices on Google Shopping. Merchant Center only allows one price per product [...] The proper way to test pricing is to change the price on the existing product. Then watch how traffic, search volume and conversion react over a few weeks.
A rule only knows what you typed into it. Scaley reads ZenoX Media's own archive next to your account before it writes a single fix.
ZenoX Media's Slack export · ZenoX Media client reporting
Every figure is ZenoX Media's own count. The revenue tile is client revenue, not ad spend.
A tool that only sees Google Ads sees revenue, not profit. For a Shopify store, the margin lives in Shopify. If the tool cannot read it, it cannot tell a winner from a leak.
Does it change your ads on its own, or does it ask first? Read the pricing page and the Shopify page. Some tools say one thing on one and another thing on the next.
An ad tool should not need to touch your prices or your stock. Look for read-only access to Shopify, so the worst case is a bad suggestion, not a broken store.
Flat fees, spend bands and a percent of spend all look cheap in different places. Work out the real number on your own monthly spend before you sign up.
Here is how three known tools answer those questions, read off their own pages.
All four help with Google Ads. They differ on how a change reaches your account, and on how much they read from a Shopify store.

Compare the fee with the waste it finds. That is the only math that matters.
Worked out from our own price list, the same math as the slider above. Scaley Media Buyer is $99 a month plus 1% of total ad spend. Scaley Suite is $199 a month plus 4% of total ad spend. Google charges for clicks either way.
Three connections, three different rules. Here is each one, said plainly.
Scaley reads products, variants, margins, orders and inventory signals. It cannot change your store.
On Scaley Suite, the one thing it can write in Merchant Center is custom labels, and each one waits for your yes. Price and inventory are never touched.
Every budget, negative or campaign change sits on its own line with the reason. There is no switch that turns approvals off.
You connect Google with Google's own sign-in, so we never see a password. Take the access back from Google's security panel whenever you want.
Scaley proposes. You decide. Your store stays yours.
Access for each connection is listed on our integrations page.

No. Scaley is not on the Shopify App Store, and there is nothing to install from it. You connect your store during Scaley Suite setup, read-only.
It gets your products into Merchant Center, and you should keep it. It was built to sync your feed, not to find which products lose money. Scaley does that second job.
The yes button costs you a few seconds per change. In return you see each change before it spends your money, not after.
It is. Spend $5,000 on ads in a month and the whole bill is $399: $199 base plus $200 for the 4%. Compare that with the waste you can see in the queue. The same figures are on our pricing page.
You sell on Shopify and run your own Google Ads. You want the waste found and the fixes written, and every call left with you.
You want a tool that runs your ads with nobody watching. Scaley never changes a thing without your yes.
