Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you”, “Affiliate”) and Scaley AI LLC(“Scaley”, “we”, “us”). By joining the Scaley affiliate program and accepting these terms, you agree to them. If you also use Scaley as a customer, our Terms of Service still apply to that use.

1. Who can join

Anyone, from any country, can apply. There is no follower count, no sales target, and no fee. Scaley customers can join too. We may turn down or end any application or account at our own choice.

2. Commission

You earn 20% of every payment we collect from a customer you referred. That covers the monthly fee, the ad-spend fee, and paid add-ons. You keep earning it every month that customer keeps paying, under the program as it stands at the time.

A customer counts as yours when they sign up within 30 days of clicking your link. Free trials do not earn commission. Refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments do not earn commission, and we take back any commission already counted on them. If the customer upgrades, your 20% grows with their bill. If they cancel, your commission stops with their payments.

3. Payouts

Each commission waits 30 days before it can be paid, so refunds and chargebacks can clear. We pay monthly via Stripe. If your balance is below $50, it rolls over to the next month. You see your clicks, signups, paying customers, and earnings in your affiliate dashboard.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax or identity details before we pay you. We can hold payouts while we look into a possible rule break.

4. Using our brand

You can use our logos, screenshots, and content to promote Scaley. You can write about us, review us, and talk about us however you like, as long as it is honest. Use the files in our brand kit as they are. Do not change, redraw, or recolor them.

Talk about Scaley with respect. Insulting or abusive language about Scaley, its team, or its customers is not allowed, during the program or after you leave it.

5. Paid search and brand bidding

You may not run paid search ads (Google, Bing, or any other ad platform) on our brand. That covers:

• Our names: Scaley, Scaley AI, Scaley Consultant, Scaley Media Buyer, Scaley Suite
• Misspellings and close variations, such as “Skaley” or “Scailey”
• Our name plus another word, such as “Scaley review” or “Scaley discount”
• Our name in your ad headline, ad text, or display URL

Your ads must send people to a real page on your own site. You may not send ad traffic straight to our site through your affiliate link. If you want to run ads that use our brand or our URL, email hello@scaleyai.com first. Without our yes in writing, the answer is no.

Breaking this rule gets you removed with no warning. See Section 11.

6. Do not pretend to be us

Make it clear you are an independent partner, not part of the Scaley team. Do not use our name in a domain or subdomain (for example, “scaley-deals.com”), or in a social media handle or username.

7. Honest claims, codes, and disclosure

Only say what is true about Scaley. Do not promise results we have not confirmed. Do not claim a discount, deal, or offer exists unless we gave it to you to share.

Only share a coupon code or discount we assigned to you. Do not call it “verified”, “exclusive”, “official”, or “working” unless we approved that exact wording. If a code stops working, take it down right away.

Say that your link is an affiliate link wherever you share it. Follow the advertising and disclosure laws where you and your audience live.

8. No spam, and respect people's data

Do not promote Scaley through unsolicited email, text messages, or DMs. You may email a list only if everyone on it opted in to hear from you. You are responsible for following the data protection laws that apply to you. Scaley is not responsible for how you collect or use anyone's data.

9. Self-referral and fake clicks

You may not sign up as your own customer, or have a friend or family member sign up, to earn commission. We check for this. Matching emails, IP addresses, or payment details between you and a referral will get the commission cancelled.

You may not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden frames, bots, fake signups, or any tool that sets our referral cookie without the person choosing to click your link.

Breaking this rule gets you removed with no warning. See Section 11.

10. Other misleading practices

Any trick that misleads people who might buy Scaley, or misleads Scaley, is not allowed, even if it is not named in these terms.

11. What happens if you break a rule

Brand bidding (Section 5) and fraud (Section 9): we remove you from the program right away, with no warning. Every unpaid commission is cancelled and your link stops earning.

Everything else: the first time, we email you, tell you what to fix, and give you 7 days to fix it. If it is not fixed in time, or it happens again, we remove you from the program and cancel every unpaid commission.

If we find out after a payout that a commission came from a rule break, we can take it out of your future payouts or ask you to pay it back. We decide whether a rule was broken, based on what we can see, and we can hold your payouts while we look into it.

12. Our relationship

You are an independent partner. These terms do not make you our employee, agent, or business partner. You cannot sign contracts, make promises, or take on obligations in Scaley's name. Scaley is not responsible for withholding, collecting, or paying any taxes, insurance, or contributions on what we pay you.

13. Changes to the program

We can change these terms, the commission rate, the payout rules, or the program itself, or end the program. We will email you before a change takes effect. Changes apply from that date forward. Commission you already earned under the old terms stays yours, as long as it did not come from a rule break.

14. Leaving the program

You can leave any time by emailing hello@scaleyai.com. We can end your account with notice, or right away for a rule break. If you leave on your own, or we end the program, commission you already earned is paid on the normal schedule once it clears the 30-day hold. Section 4 (respectful language), Section 11 (clawback), and Section 12 stay in effect after you leave.

15. Liability and law

The program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we paid you in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, the same as our Terms of Service.
