Automation with a yes button, built for stores
Scaley Suite reads the products, search terms and campaigns in your store's account. It finds the waste, writes each fix with the reason, and waits. You tap yes, or you skip it.

For online stores that run their own Google Ads, from a small catalog to thousands of products. Scaley connects to Google Ads, Merchant Center and Shopify. The margin checks need your Shopify store.
The question is real, from the ZenoX Media question bank. The answer is an example for a made-up store. Scaley is built by ZenoX Media, a Google Ads agency with 300+ store accounts and $200M+ in client revenue tracked through our campaigns.
You
Can you exclude individual product variants, not just whole products?
Scaley Suite
Yes. In Shopping / All Products, the red canvas tote took most of the tote's spend and sold none. The black one sells. I queued an exclusion for the red one only, with that reason on the line. It goes live only if you tap yes.
Google Ads automation for ecommerce is software that handles store ad work: Shopping, Performance Max, search terms and product-level waste. Google's own AI runs the bids. Scaley Suite draws on ZenoX Media's agency know-how. It finds the waste, writes each fix with the reason and queues it. No change goes live until you tap yes.

Shopping has no keywords, so Google picks the searches for you. Some of them will never buy. They keep taking clicks until somebody reads the search terms report and adds them as negatives.
Campaign totals can hide products that spend without a sale. A few products sell. Some spend all month and sell nothing. From the campaign view, both look like one number.
A disapproved product, a weak title or a missing size can quietly take a best seller out of the auction. The ads still run. Just not on the product that makes you money.
A sales-based goal does not tell Google what you keep after costs. So it can bid the same on a product that pays you well and one that barely breaks even.
Each of these is a product-level problem. A campaign-level number will not show you which product it is.
ROAS is the sales you get back for each dollar of ads. The account ROAS looks okay. So nothing feels broken. But that one number is a blend of every product you sell.
A handful of products carry the store. A long tail of others spends a little each, every day, and sells nothing. Add them up and it is real money. Leave them blended in and nobody ever sees it.
Google's AI has no reason to flag it, because it is hitting the goal you gave it. A rule only checks the conditions you set.
The fix is boring. Look at every product, one at a time. That is the part software should do for you.
One Google sign-in, plus your store. Then it does the reading, product by product, and shows you each change to review.
Campaigns, budgets and search terms from Google Ads. Your feed and custom labels from Merchant Center. Products, variants, margins and orders from your Shopify store, read-only.
Each product becomes Hero, Workhorse or Bleed, from margin and how fast it sells. Then each fix lands in a queue: the negative, the budget step, the new label. The reason sits on the same line.
No proposed change goes in until you approve that exact line. Skip it and it never happens. There is no switch that turns the approvals off.
Custom labels sort your products into groups. Your campaigns can then split them up, so the products that earn get the budget.
The Labelizer reads margin, how fast each product sells, and returns. It sorts the whole catalog into Hero, Workhorse and Bleed. A new label goes to Merchant Center only after you say yes.

The product names are made up. The board shows how the Labelizer sorts a catalog, not a real store.
This queue is an example, not a live account. Each line is one change for one store, with the numbers behind it. Nothing happens until you approve that line.
Skip a line and that change never happens.
A sample queue for a made-up store, with made-up numbers. Only Scaley Suite prepares changes, and each one waits for its own yes.
Exclude the red canvas tote. Keep the black one running
Last 30 days: most of the tote's spend and no sales. This store's sales land within a week of the click, so late sales do not explain it.
Add "free tote pattern" and "diy tote bag" as negatives
Clicks for 30 days, no sales. These people want to make a tote, not buy one.
Relabel the sand linen shirt from Workhorse to Hero
High margin in Shopify, and it sold every week for the last 60 days.
Create a separate campaign for the Bleed products
The label only sorts the products. This split stops them sharing a budget with the sellers.
Set that campaign's daily budget to a small test amount
Its own line, so you pick the amount. A small cap lets a slow seller prove itself.
Move it to your monthly Google Ads spend. Scaley Suite reads, writes each fix and waits for your yes. The slider shows its monthly bill at your spend.

Every month, if the wasted ad spend Scaley shows you is smaller than that month's bill, we refund the whole bill.
One click on Google's own sign-in screen. Scaley reads the account. Nothing in it changes until you say yes to that one change.
Within minutes of connecting, you see every search term and product that took clicks and made no sale, with the dollars next to each one. A counter adds it all up. On Scaley Media Buyer, one click runs the audit. Scaley Suite shows new waste every day on its own.
Any month the waste shown is smaller than that month's bill, email hello@scaleyai.com within 14 days of the bill. We refund the whole bill, base fee and percent.

| Feature | Google's built-in AI | Rules and scripts | Scaley Suite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bids in each auction | Its best job | Only the bid rules you write | Left to Google's bidding |
| Budget to the winners | Inside one campaign | When a rule fires | Proposed with the reason |
| Search terms that never buy | Shows the report. You add negatives by hand | A script can flag them | Queued as negatives, with what each one spent |
| Products that sell nothing | Campaign totals can hide products that spend without a sale | Only if you can script it | Labeled Bleed only after enough spend and enough days for late sales, then moved after your yes |
| Knows your margin | Only what you send it | Only what you send it | Reads product costs from Shopify. No cost entered, no margin label |
| Feed problems | Listed in Merchant Center | Some tools sync the feed | Reads feed diagnostics. Never touches price or stock |

| If you do nothing | It keeps chasing its goal | The rules keep firing | No queued change goes live. Google's bidding keeps running |
Let Google run the bids. Let software find the product-level waste. Keep the final yes for yourself.

Both questions and answers are copied word for word from the ZenoX Media question bank. The ZenoX Media team wrote these answers. Scaley draws on that same bank.
You
Why are some of my best-selling products not being advertised?
ZenoX Media agency answers
Google's Shopping algorithm decides which products get shown, based on performance data across the whole catalog. We don't hand pick them one by one [...] We can run a booster campaign for that product, for extra exposure for a few days.
You
Should I include specific keywords in my product titles?
ZenoX Media agency answers
Yes, always work relevant keywords into the title. Google matches your titles against what people actually search [...] if a product is already a winner and selling well, we leave that title alone. Changing it can throw off performance.
For a store, the money sits in products, sizes and search terms. A tool that only reads campaigns cannot tell a winner from a leak.
A product with great ROAS and a thin margin can still lose money. Ask where the tool gets your margin from. If the answer is nowhere, it is guessing.
Does it change things on its own, or does it ask first? Read the pricing page and the homepage. Then ask support what your plan does by default.
Flat fees, spend bands and a percent of spend all look cheap somewhere. Work out the real number on your own monthly spend before you sign up.
Here is how three well-known tools answer for a store, read off their own pages.
All four help a store run Google Ads with less busywork. They differ on how much of a store they see, and on how a change reaches your account.

It does, and you should keep Smart Bidding on. But if you send Google sales value without product costs, it cannot judge profit from that value alone. Scaley checks the products under that goal, one at a time.
That tool acted first and told you later. Scaley Suite writes the change down with the reason and stops. If a line looks wrong, skip it and it never happens.
That is the point. You do not check the catalog. You check the queue. Each line is one product or one search term, with the reason already written.
It is. Spend $5,000 on ads in a month and the whole bill is $399: $199 base plus $200 for the 4%. Compare that fee with the savings you can see after each change you approve. The same figures are on our pricing page.
You run your own Google Ads for an online store with real products and real margins. You want the waste found and the fixes written, and every call left with you.
You run lead generation with no product catalog, or you want a tool that runs the account with nobody watching. Scaley never changes a thing without your yes.

An ecommerce Google Ads automation tool is software that does store ad work for you. That means bids, budgets, Shopping and Performance Max, negative keywords, product groups and feed checks. Some tools act on their own. Some suggest a change and wait. Scaley Suite is the second kind.
One Google sign-in and your store. Scaley Suite reads your products and fills your queue with fixes, each with its reason. You tap yes on the ones you want.
